Meet Our Hotel Partners – TUI Field to Fork
A key element of the TUI Field to Fork program is building connections between farmers practicing regenerative agriculture and the tourism and hospitality sector. Through these partnerships, we create opportunities for regeneratively produced Cypriot products—such as Commandaria wine and olive oil—to reach the market, while also offering hotel guests authentic local experiences that celebrate Cyprus’s rich food heritage.
Below you can discover the first hotels that have joined our initiative:
Casale Panayiotis, Kalopanayiotis, Lefkosia
Casale Panayiotis Traditional Village is a pioneering example of sustainable hospitality in Cyprus. Nestled in the Troodos mountains, the hotel has embedded sustainability across its operations, guided by three pillars: environmental care, socio-cultural responsibility, and ethical governance. Their initiatives range from energy efficiency, recycling, and composting food waste for use in their orchards, to sourcing local and organic produce in their restaurants. Beyond environmental practices, Casale Panayiotis actively supports the local community through employment, training, cultural events, and partnerships with nearby villages. With a strong commitment to preserving both the natural landscape and local traditions, Casale Panayiotis demonstrates how tourism can contribute to regeneration, community well-being, and long-term sustainability.

Their sustainability strategy covers every aspect of operations, from reducing single-use plastics, upcycling furniture, and installing photovoltaic panels, to sourcing local produce, offering plant-based dining, and supporting community initiatives. With international recognition through the Green Key certification, St Raphael Resort & Marina demonstrates how the tourism sector can actively contribute to climate action, biodiversity protection, and social well-being—while still offering guests the highest standards of comfort and luxury.
