A Celebration of Cyprus’ Environment – Fundraising dinner in London 26.11.2025
We are thrilled to invite you to a memorable evening at Brother Marcus Restaurant, a vibrant space in the heart of Soho in London as we celebrate the natural beauties of Cyprus. Join us for a festive dining experience featuring a menu inspired by the Eastern Mediterranean, all in honour of the Cyprus Environment Foundation’s 3rd anniversary and its grassroots efforts to restore and protect the island’s natural beauties.
The event will be held at Brother Marcus’ Restaurant in Soho, 58 Poland St, London WIF 7NR, on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 19:00 to 23:00.
All proceeds from the evening will support the Cyprus Environment Foundation (CEF), dedicated to protecting and restoring the Cyprus’s natural heritage by funding grassroots conservation groups working on the front lines.
Here are a few examples CEF’s impactful initiatives:
- Engaging and training local fishers to help restore guitarfish populations along Cyprus’ coasts.
- Tracking Bonelli’s eagles in the Pentadaktylos mountains to understand how they use the surrounding habitats and help protect them.
- Training local farmers in regenerative organic practices and partnering with hotels to promote their products and offer guests authentic Cypriot experiences.
