What is Regenerative Agriculture?

Regenerative agriculture is an approach to farming that focuses on restoring soil health, improving biodiversity, conserving water, and strengthening local food systems. By working with nature rather than against it, regenerative practices help create more resilient farms and healthier ecosystems.

Key regenerative practices include:

  • Soil cover
  • No-till or minimum tillage
  • Composting
  • Intercropping
  • Enhancing biodiversity
  • Polyculture
  • Rainwater management and water conservation

Through the Go Regenerative Festival, visitors will have the opportunity to see these practices in action and learn how they contribute to sustainable food production.

Join the Movement

Go Regenerative is more than a festival—it is a step toward building a more sustainable and resilient food system in Cyprus. By connecting communities, farmers, and consumers, the event aims to inspire positive change and encourage practices that protect our environment for future generations.

We invite everyone to join us on 17 May and experience regenerative agriculture in action. 🌱
